The Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new branch coming soon, Oseyo Birmingham. Training will be conducted in a branch in London until Birmingham store opening. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will be the key figure for overall store operations, passionate about inspiring and engaging the team, also demonstrating brand values and exceptional work ethic.

Day to day duties include:

  • Building, managing, and providing support to your team, including recruitment, development, training, engagement of the team and other people management tasks.
  • Controlling stocking and placing orders through internal system, ensuring that the store is properly stocked with products and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Working with the team to deliver excellent customer services and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing the supermarket's budget, including monitoring expenses and minimizing waste.
  • Meeting operational targets and maximising sales.
  • Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and customers to ensue the compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene, and other legal standards.
  • Handling store administrative duties and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Organising logistics and sorting deliveries which includes lifting heavy goods.
  • Developing operational strategies to raise customers’ pool and expanding store traffic.
  • Handling customer complaints or employee grievances.
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
