We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our new branch, Oseyo Guildford and assist our Store Manager on overall store operations.

Day to day duties include:
Controlling stocking and placing orders
Providing training to the team
Assisting basic bookkeeping tasks
Meeting operational targets and maximising sale
Organising logistics and sorting deliveries which includes lifting heavy goods
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
Handling customer complaints
40 hours per week excluding break time
