£24,000 – £26,000 per year

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers and ensure that their enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will be the ambassador of Oseyo and will be knowledgeable about the products and services the brand offers. This is not a remote role.

Day to day duties include:

  • Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels i.e. email, chat, social media, and occasional phone calls.
  • Liaise with multiple departments, including logistics, sales, and operations, to deliver exceptional service and timely resolutions to customers.
  • Communicate with our retail locations to find information relevant to the case and be proactive in creating a solution as well as report the outcomes to relevant parties.
  • Stay updated about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Analyse transaction data and identify the relevant receipts relevant to the case.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services and be able to inform customers of the benefits
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints, providing clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enquiries in company systems.
  • Continue improving customer service processes.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.
  • 8 hours per day (excluding 1 hour break); 5 days per week.
