We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will oversee all marketing projects and PR communications for Oseyo.
This is a senior level role, and thus we are looking for candidates with suitable and substantial experience in the marketing and PR field, as well as a keen eye in design, trends and activities which will promote growth and sales. A portfolio is required to be submitted with an application.
Day to day duties include:
Primary Goals and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a timeline based marketing strategy plan to drive the business forward
Analysing key marketing performance metrics and providing market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results and consumer trends
Advising on the development of the corporate brand
Overseeing the management of annual marketing budgets and working with our partners in Korea to obtain relevant grants for marketing use
Building strong relationships with managers across the business and lead in various communications
Delivering an overview of all marketing activities aiming to drive awareness and sales – ranging from digital, print, media and social media to market research and direct marketing
Overseeing coordination with external agencies, both government institutions and corporate brands
Marketing and brand strategy development to raise brand reputation and recognition
Strategy implementation of a high-performing marketing strategy to improve business performance across on and offline channels
Communicating marketing goals effectively, both within the team and the wider business
Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver a measurable result
Creating best practices and using insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business
Day to day duties and required abilities
Creating and scheduling content for social media across Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter), Tik Tok, Youtube etc.
Taking part of photograph/video shooting productions
Communicating with influencers for various branch visits, as well as managing influencer activities
Liaising with external organisations and suppliers to implement events.
Managing marketing projects such as branch openings or special product promotions
Conducting market research to understand market trends and competitors.
Tracking and analysing effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting outcomes to the executive team
Planning and developing social media strategies to increase the social media performance
Negotiating and liaising with external marketing agencies
Budgeting and monitoring marketing expenses
Supporting window and in-store displays
Attending PR events on behalf of the company
Grow and manage the marketing team, with strong interview and team management skills
Requirements
Degree in marketing or relevant field
Excellent digital and verbal communication skills, confident with public speaking.
Content portfolio to be submitted with application
Suitable experience creating content
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant role or business
Proficiency using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
