Day to day duties include:
Providing excellent service in every interaction with our customers, delivering great shopping experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Operating till transections securely and accurately based on till operational procedures.
Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries which includes heavy lifting.
Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards and the compliance with First-In-First-Out stock rotation system.
Maintaining knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
Assisting customers in locating desired items.
Handling food products and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are complied.
Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
General cleaning and maintenance of shop.
Minimum three days availability per week.
