Recipe Instructions

  • Serves: 4 | Total Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Step 1

1. Add sauce ingredients to a bowl and combine thoroughly. Set it aside.

Step 2

2. In a pot, add tofu, rice cakes, spam, sausage, kimchi, sauce from step 1, Jinga beef bone soup or beef bone broth, and water. Put the lid on the pot and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 3

3. Add chopped scallions, red chili pepper slices, green chili pepper slices, and enoki mushrooms on top of the stew. Cover the pot again and let it simmer until the mushrooms are fully cooked. Stir thoroughly to dissolve the paste into the broth. Add ramyun noodles at the end if you want.

Step 4

4. Serve with rice and enjoy!
