Recipe Instructions
Serves: 3-4 |
Total Cooking Time: 1 hour
Step 1
Wash pumpkin in water and cut the center of the top. scoop out seeds inside of the pumpkin and wrap with plastic warp. Microwave for 10minutes until it’s soft inside. In the meantime, cut veggies into cubes. Make seasoning sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
Step 2
Cook smoked duck on a pan over medium high heat. Add in veggies, stir-fry until veggies are 80% cooked, then add the sauce, stir fry couple more minutes.
Step 3
Stuff smoked duck stir fry into the pumpkin. Cover with mozzarella cheese and top with some dried parsley. Bake them in the oven at 370F for 10-15mintues.
Step 4
Cut the pumpkin along the pumpkin stripes. Then it will bloom like a flower! 😀
