Recipe Instructions
Serves: 1-2 |
Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix sliced cucumber, Green Onion and mayo.
Step 2
Coat inside of Korean stone bowl with sesame oil. Place cooked rice.
Step 3
Top with cucumber mixture, fish roes, pickled radish, spring mix and seaweed paper. You can vary toppings and amount as you want! Heat over medium heat.
Step 4
Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds. Mix up and enjoy!
