Recipe Instructions

  • Serves: 3-4 | Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Step 1

Mix soy sauce, mirin, and oligo syrup to make the sauce.

Step 2

Cut the peppers open on one side, lengthwise down the middle, and
scrape out the seeds. Stuff the peppers with string cheese. Then, wrap
the entire peppers with thinly sliced pork belly slices. Sprinkle garlic salt on the peppers.

Step 3

Coat a pan with cooking oil and when the surface is hot, grill and flip the peppers until you get a nice, even crisp. Then, drizzle the sauce over the peppers and let it simmer.

Step 4

Finally, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and dip it in the
sauce of your choice. We recommend tartar sauce. Enjoy!
