Total Cooking Time: 40 mins
Step 1
Mix all the sauce ingredients. Marinate bulgogi thoroughly. Set aside. Refrigerate if you can. In the meanwhile, cut green onion and your favorite veggies to grill.
Step 2
Thread the marinated bulgogi on skewers. Make sure to thread them tightly.
Step 3
Grill few minutes on each side, glaze the sauce on the meat if you have
left over.
Step 4
Garnish with crushed peanuts for an extra savory kick!
