Recipe Instructions

  • Serves: 2 | Total Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Step 1

Pour Korean pancake mix, garlic powder, and egg yolk into a large bowl. Add 1⁄2 cup of water first then mix in the batter ingredients. When the batter thickens, add the rest of water and combine thoroughly.

Step 2

Add chives, chopped red peppers, and thawed seafood mix. Combine well.

Step 3

Drizzle cooking oil onto a frying pan over medium heat and add a scoop of batter. Place some green and red peppers on top and flip the pancake over after 3 to 5 minutes or until the bottom is cooked and crispy. Remove the pancake from the pan once it is fully cooked.

Step 4

Combine all the sauce ingredients and dip a piece of the pancake. Enjoy the perfect combination of crispy texture and savory flavor!
