Step 1
Take out the tofu from the package. Pat lightly with a paper towel to remove excess moisture from the tofu. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine all of the sauce ingredients and drizzle on top of the tofu from step 1.

Serve with any variety of dishes. This tofu sauce is so versatile that you can even add it to recipes for noodles, or use it as a dipping sauce for Korean pancakes.
