Recipe Instructions

  • Serves: 2 | Total Cooking Time: 20 min

Step 1

On medium high heat, add oil and fry vegan Kimchi.

Step 2

When kimchi is little softer looking, add Gochugaru. Fry.

Step 3

Kimchi will now look darker in color, add ‘Yondu’ essence. Fry.

Step 4

Add cooked rice then add vegan butter. Fry. Add garlic powder.

Step 5

Mixing it well, season with soy sauce. Add green onions and fry some more. Add sesame seeds and fry, fry, fry!

Step 6

Garnish with seaweed crumbles and sliced avocados. Salt and pepper to taste.
