These terms cover your use of oseyo.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. The website is run by GKSS Limited, trading as Oseyo ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (number 09688205), registered office Unit 4-5, 25 The Broadway, Wimbledon, London SW19 1PS. 2. Information only: no online sales

The website gives information about Oseyo, our stores, products, offers, recipes and jobs. You can't buy anything on this website. All sales happen in our stores, on the terms that apply there.

3. Products, prices and offers

• Prices, offers and products shown are a guide. They can vary from store to store, may change without notice, and not every product or offer is in every store. The price at the till applies.
• Offers run while stocks last and only on the dates shown with the offer or in store.
• Photos are for illustration; packaging and pack sizes can change. We try to keep everything accurate, but mistakes can happen and we'll correct them when we find them.
• Always read the label for ingredients, allergens and nutrition before buying or eating a product. Recipes are for inspiration: check every ingredient for allergens and follow food-safety advice.
• Alcohol is only sold to adults aged 18 or over, and our stores may ask for ID.

4. Our content

The website's text, photos, videos, recipes, logos and the Oseyo name belong to us or the people who license them to us. Other brands and product names belong to their owners. You may view, print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example printing a recipe). You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

5. Using the website properly

Don't misuse the website: for example, don't break the law, try to get unauthorised access, introduce viruses, scrape large parts of it with automated tools, or send us anything unlawful, offensive or that isn't yours to share. Anything you send through our forms must be yours or shared with permission, and you allow us to use it to deal with your enquiry.

6. Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as our social media pages, Google Maps and our careers site run by HiBob. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Availability and our responsibility

• The website is free. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove parts of it at any time.
• We're not responsible for business losses (such as lost profit or opportunity) from using the website, or for loss caused by out-of-date information or a virus, as long as we've taken reasonable care.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts).
